One Palace T7: A Modern and Luxurious Residence Inspired by Aston Martin

The design team behind One Palace T7 aimed to create a living space that truly reflects the personalities of its inhabitants. Taking cues from the iconic Aston Martin cars, they have infused the residence with a sense of elegance and innovation. By utilizing the finest materials and paying meticulous attention to detail, they have created a unique and luxurious atmosphere.

One of the standout features of this design is the exploration of space. The original layout was reimagined to optimize functionality and create a more dynamic living environment. The study room was transformed into an independent functional space, while the original study room was repurposed into a tea room/tasting room. This thoughtful approach provides a diverse range of spaces that cater to the elegant and luxurious lifestyle of the residents.

The realization of One Palace T7 is a testament to the team's commitment to modern design. By incorporating customized soft furnishing elements and high-end materials such as imported fabrics, silk, fox fur, and imported wallpaper, they have achieved a unique sense of luxury. With a total area of 393 square meters, One Palace T7 offers ample space for residents to enjoy. The open layout of the three halls creates a public area of nearly 100 square meters, enhancing the sense of space and openness. Lighting plays a crucial role in this design, drawing inspiration from the lights of Aston Martin cars. Located in Shen Zhen, China, One Palace T7 was completed in August 2020.
